We process orders quickly! If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Non-Delivery: Your order does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days, excluding the 2-5 day processing period).
Wrong Item: You received an incorrect item.
Change of Mind: You no longer want the product. (Please note: The item must be unused, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs).
Non-Refundable Situations
Please understand that we cannot issue refunds in the following cases:
Delivery failed because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout.
The package was delayed due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance issues, natural disasters, or postal strikes).
